After having traveled to Texas together and being spotted on the romance in a square, now the two were spotted going to dinner.
The couple was photographed arriving at Phillipe Chow Restaurant in Los Angeles, where Nick has been doing promotion for her new solo album, Who I Am ", in partnership with the band The Administration.
Earlier this week the two had been caught riding the cars together.

Get Reeled In by Fish Hooks!
Disney Channel is premiering a new animated series, FISH HOOKS, tonight at 9pm! Fish Hooks stars Chelsea Staub and Kyle Massey—or their voices, at least—and is about a trio of fish friends who flounder their way through the trials of high school.
Popstar! chatted with Chelsea, who gushed about the show and her over-the-top character:
"I play Bea. She's an emotionally unstable goldfish, and she's best friends with Milo and Oscar. They're kind of this perfect little tripod. It's a really fun show and I love being a part of it," she says.
